This is for all first time appointments, or if it has been more than 12 months since your last curl cut with me.
Signature Bloom is a fully curated curl care experience designed to meet your curls where they are and support where they’re becoming.
This experience is for you if you believe your curls deserve thoughtful care, patience, and an approach that listens before it leads.

Treatments are selected intentionally based on the needs of your curls that day.
Virtual Offerings
This offering is for those who are considering a curl cut for the first time and want clarity before committing. If you’re unsure whether a curl cut is the right next step for you, this space allows us to talk through your hair history, goals, and current routine in a thoughtful, unrushed way.
During our time together, you’ll receive personalized guidance and a clearer understanding of what your curls may need in this season. This consultation also opens the door to booking a Wash & Go service — a gentle way to experience your natural curl pattern and my approach to care. This option is typically reserved for returning guests, making it a unique opportunity for new clients.
If you choose to move forward with a service following our consultation, the consultation fee will be applied as a deposit and deducted from the total balance of the service you select.
We’ll connect via Zoom to discuss your options, answer questions, and determine the best path forward — without pressure, just clarity.

Deposits, Fees
Please arrive with your hair in a wash and go style. Should be styled with minimal product and be dry. After detangling has taken 20 minutes, there is a detangling fee of $10 per 10 additional minutes spent on detangling at the shampoo bowl. This fee is automatically added to the remaining balance.
After 10 minutes of being late, a $10 late fee is automatically added to your checkout.

This service is for returning guests .
If you have received a curl cut with me within the last 12 months, this is your continued care option.
Signature Bloom remains the foundation of how I serve my returning guests — providing consistency, intention, and support as your curls evolve.
Each visit is approached with the same level of care, while honoring the relationship, rhythm, and understanding we’ve already established.

Returning Guest Maintenance Services
All services under this category are for returning guests only and should be booked during the Priority Booking period only. After the Priority booking period is over, you may email or message me to request this service and you'll be notified of any remained appointments left.
This offering is designed for returning guests seeking light shape maintenance between full curl care appointments. It supports curls that are already established and simply need gentle refinement.
Includes:
- Consultation
- Dry Curl Cut
Important Notes:
- Please arrive with curls worn in a dry wash-and-go state.
- Must be two days or less since last cleanse and condition.
- This service does not include cleansing or styling.
This offering is intended for minor shape maintenance only and is not suited for significant changes or full reshaping. If you’re seeking a more transformative adjustment or full styling, please book Signature Bloom instead.
To ensure consistency of care, this service is available between full curl appointments only and may not be booked back-to-back. It must be scheduled within 3–4 months of your last curl cut with me.

Policies
Please understand, upon booking your appointment you are in agreement to all the terms and policies stated and agree to comply with said terms and conditions.
Deposits are non-refundable. The amount of deposit will be deducted off the full balance on day of appointment. Please see cancellations/rescheduling section for more information.
Please keep in mind the age minimum is 12 Y/O when booking.
If it has been more than 8 months since your last cut with Dels, please book under a new client service.
Wearing a mask is optional for my guests.
If you are running late please do your best to communicate via text as soon as possible. After 10 minutes of being late, a $10 late fee is automatically added to your checkout. If you are 15 minutes late or more to your appointment, I reserve the right to reschedule or forfeit your appointment.
At this time I am not accepting any additional guests when you arrive to your appointment (such as kids, friends, family).
Please come into your appointment alone.
I understand that life happens and unexpected circumstances — including feeling under the weather — can arise.
If you anticipate needing to cancel or reschedule for any reason, please reach out as soon as possible so we can plan thoughtfully together.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service.
To avoid forfeiting your deposit, appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours ’ notice. Deposits may be transferred one time only and must be used within the same month of the original appointment date.
Timely communication is always appreciated and helps ensure fairness and availability for all guests.
No-shows are unacceptable and forfeit the right to book any future appointments.
*I hold your time in high regard and block off 2 hours + for each client. Please be mindful of my time and do your best to communicate with me as communication is key.
I do my best to provide the best experience and results possible to my guests. You deserve it !
